Downtown Toledo Parking Authority - Toledo, OH Owner: Downtown Toledo Parking Authority The Downtown Toledo Parking Authority prides itself in delivering Best In Class service to its customers. To ensure that its on-street parking program delivered that exceptional level of service, the Authority hired CEG to evaluted the entire downtown on-street parking assets. Our work involved inspecting each of the 900+ meters; conducting utilzation and turnover for each space; and reviewing collection, enforcment, and meter repair proceedures. We also looked at the impact on new development. Based upon our observations and anaylisis, CEG recommended a series of service enhancements. Cost estimates were provided for each enhancement.
