Alltel Arena (University of Arkansas) - North Little Rock, AR The cornerstone of riverfront development in North Little Rock, Arkansas is the Alltel Arena. CEG completed the precast construction documents for the 18,000 seat, multi-purpose arena that opened in October. The arena, named for the Alltel Corporation, will be home to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock basketball Trojans, the River Blades minor league hockey team, and host a variety of other events from the circus to figure skating exhibitions.
